• discontinued or end-of-line models
  
• products with non-structural cosmetic defects
  

All products are quality-checked and have not been worn or used.

3. Product condition and description

Outlet products are sold “as is,” as described in the relevant product page.

The published images are actual images of the individual item for sale.

Any modifications, special features, or imperfections are indicated in the product description.

The customer declares that they have reviewed such information and fully accept it.

4. Uniqueness and non-customizability

Outlet products are considered unique, one-of-a-kind items that cannot be replicated.

The following cannot be requested

• adaptations
  
• customizations
  

after purchase.

5. Customer responsibility in selection

The customer is solely responsible for selecting the product.

CrownHair accepts no responsibility for any incompatibilities regarding:

• color
  
• density
  
• base type
  
• final aesthetic appearance
  

The customer is advised to carefully check all technical specifications before purchase and, if in doubt, to seek assistance beforehand.

6. Right of withdrawal and exclusions

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

Outlet products, as they are:

• modified
  
• adapted
  
• not resalable as new
  

may fall within the categories excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, CrownHair reserves the right to limit or exclude the right of withdrawal for such products.

7. Limitation of liability

CrownHair shall not be held liable for:
