Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the order, subject to the conditions set out below.

Returns for accessories (brushes, combs, non-personalized products)

Returns can be made within 30 days of delivery only if:

• the product has not been used
  
• it is undamaged
  
• it is complete with its original packaging
  

Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund of the product price will be issued.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• hairpieces that are personalized or custom-made
  
• hairpieces that have been modified, cut, or worn
  
• products that, for hygiene reasons, have been used or tampered with
  

Hairpieces are aesthetic devices made or prepared according to the customer's specifications and, therefore, cannot be returned.

All standard-sized hairpieces may be returned, provided the front has not been trimmed and the hair has not been cut.

Once the return has been received, we will assess several factors, including:

• hair length
• overall weight of the hairpiece
• condition of the base

If the standard requirements are not met, the product will be returned to the customer and the return will not be accepted.
